These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AddRomance.com (the "Site"), operated by Vica Enterprises Ltd ("Company," "we," "us"). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Add Romance™ is a romantic travel concierge brand operated by Vica Enterprises Ltd. We are an independent travel agent affiliated with InteleTravel, our host travel agency. All travel bookings made through us are fulfilled via InteleTravel and its network of suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.).

2. Our Role

We provide travel planning, recommendations, and concierge booking services. We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, or other travel suppliers. Once a booking is confirmed, your trip is subject to the individual terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of each travel supplier, in addition to these Terms and our Refund Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or make a booking.

4. Bookings & Payment

Quotes are subject to availability and change until a booking is confirmed and paid for.
Deposits and full payments are due according to the schedule provided at the time of booking.
Prices are set by travel suppliers and may include our concierge/service fee, which will be disclosed before you pay.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and by the individual policies of each travel supplier involved in your trip. Supplier policies are often stricter than ours and are non-negotiable on our end.

6. Discovery Form & Consultations

Information you submit through our Discovery Form or in consultations is used solely to plan and quote your trip and is handled per our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security
Submit false or misleading booking information

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Add Romance™ and Sophia™ names, logos, and copy — is owned by Vica Enterprises Ltd and may not be used without permission.

9. Disclaimers

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of information on our Site but do not guarantee that all content, pricing, or availability is current or error-free. Travel inherently carries risk (weather, supplier changes, geopolitical events); we are not responsible for circumstances outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vica Enterprises Ltd, its brands, and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your travel arrangements. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the concierge/service fees you paid us directly (excluding third-party supplier charges).
